I think the thing I will remember the most about 2024, is how much I felt like I was in a constant state of cellular code shifting. It got to a point I felt lucky if I could stabilize long enough to do grocery runs, do the laundry and get the lawn mode. 2024 was a big year of deep cellular code changes with the mass amount of SIX level-one Timeline Jumps that we experienced that year. This year? Not so many, but when we do shift, all the patterns and cycles of a code change return and I can see the anatomy of the cycles of code shifting right there in front of me again.

 It helped me during this level-one Timeline Jump to remember the full cycle of a cellular code shift. I hope it helps you too. And I hope it helps you notate where yours might be different. When we can understand these better, it makes the evolutionary change a little less challenging and a whole better.
