ORIGINAL + MEDIUMSHIP NOTE: "SORT/BALANCE" WATERCOLOR ABSTRACT ON COLD PRESS. As Spirit Team walked me through this guided color/pattern meditation with art, there was a distinct feeling of "sorting/shifting" through things internally, as well as allowing things to internally land in new spaces of balance. The multiple colors representing throat, solar plexus, root and heart chakra -- with an emphasis on heart -- certainly provides for a wonderful meditative variation here.
