ORIGINAL + MEDIUMSHIP MESSAGE: "STRETCHING YOUR COMFORT ZONE" WATERCOLOR ABSTRACT ON COLD PRESS. At the time of painting this, I wasn't comfortable with painting so much red in one spot! Crazy, I know! Spirit Team had me do a first layer of tones of red and it really stretched me. And then I put down layers of blue and a little yellow. By the time I was done I realized I would survive embracing my inner "red" self.

My hope is that this image helps give you the courage to stretch yourself, even if it feels uncomfortable. You've got this!
