1. A PRELIMINARY email conversation and consultation reading with me where I'll ask you the core questions I've found are vital to the beginning of every body-based money relationship journey. I've asked thousands of people these questions and every time the answers show how unique you are in your financial journey, yet what you also share in common with the collective. It's from this beginning point that I'll pendulum check and talk with your Spirit Team and craft (with your agreement), the right sequencing of the work, the right focus of the work and the right timing of engagement. This is vital to your success. Everyone is different and I don't expect you to fit in a cookie-cutter version of Somatic Money. Once I've provided our suggested course of action, and you ask questions/make adjustments, we'll begin.

Don't worry if you feel you don't have great skills. I meet you where you're at. That's what this is all about! To help build you from the ground up. And if you're a pro with spiritual and body-based skills -- that's great too. I will meet you there and work with you in a more developed/sophisticated way. But don't be surprised if I'm candid and bring you back to the basics! This read comes with a follow up email after you've had time to digest, integrate and work in practice.
